We require of all our instructors that
they:

Be able to motivate students of
whatever background or ability to achieve their highest scores;

Be experienced, dedicated teachers who have received uniformly  
outstanding reviews from their students both inside and outside
our program;

Be energetic and approachable so as to establish strong working  
relationships with their students.
